"Great item"
I'm updating my feedback. A rep from followup.cc reached out to sort out my concerns. They said sorry, and now the item is functioning for me and is quite handy. I utilize followupcrm, which allows me to manage CRM info directly in Gmail. It suits my requirements perfectly, and I suggest giving it a try.

"Refusing to process my cancellation - steer clear!"
We used followup.cc for a year. Initially, it seems like a solid product.

However, you soon find out that their services are way too pricey when stacked against other comparable and more effective options.

I sent three different emails trying to cancel our subscription, but they just respond and then ignore my requests. Now, after three emails and waiting on the fourth day for a response, our account remains active and there's been no refund.

"They keep spamming your contacts"
Every time I use this with a contact, unsolicited emails go out to my friends promoting their product. I've asked them multiple times to cut it out, but they just won't listen. My contacts are not interested in receiving junk from this company, and it's super annoying. I paid for a subscription, and now they won't give me a refund. I definitely wouldn't recommend doing business with them.

"Top-notch Service"
As a soon-to-be senior at UC Berkeley, I’m thrilled to rate this service at the highest level.

There were zero issues, the email system worked just like it was advertised, and the vendors were super helpful and well-informed about the products. I couldn’t have wished for anything better. I’ll surely be coming back to do business here again soon.

This is just right for all those pesky subscriptions or email entries you gotta deal with. I check my email daily to stay updated, handle business, and confirm payments. To be real, it might not look like it’ll have a huge impact, but the time you save really accumulates. Get started earlier and you’ll save time quicker. As the wealthy folks say, "Time is cash."
